Michelle Burke is President of The Energy Catalyst Group dedicated to creating more positive and engaged workplaces. Her twenty years’ experience working with Fortune 100, 500 companies and non-profits, established her as a leading expert in bridging communication, gender and cultural gaps. Michelle consults with HR and management on increasing individual, team and organizational energy. She leverages employee strengths to build collaborative, engaged and high performing teams. Michelle authored the acclaimed book, The Valuable Office Professional, endorsed by Ken Blanchard. She developed, The Productivity Cycle™, a communication tool proven to enhance teamwork and increase productivity, endorsed by Stanford University. Her latest book, 15 Minute Pause: A Guide to Slow down and Smell the Roses in Your Life is due late 2016.

Her articles have been in Training, HR, Chief Learning Officer Magazines and most recently the Huffington Post. Michelle is an articulate motivational speaker whose humor, wit and enthusiasm motivates and inspires her audiences. Her speaking engagements include American Management Association, IAAP, Microsoft, Disney, General Motors, YPO and many others. She has a BA degree in Humanities and completed coursework in Organizational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. She gets tremendous joy in giving back to her community through volunteer work, enjoys travel, reading and is a sports enthusiast.
